We can now offer you a complete service from Estimate Request to Payment of your Invoice:
Helping you to get paid within 24hrs, on completion of the repairs…
On completion of the repairs, simply send us a copy of your Collection Note and request Payment.

What happens when you request Payment…
- Send us an email with a copy of your signed Collection (Satisfaction) Note.
- Estimate Solutions will make sure all repair costs are Authorised, including any Supplementary Work.
- Note: Check your Authority Comments, make sure you send us any images, parts invoices or sub-contract invoices requested by the engineer for final Authority
- Estimate Solutions will prepare an invoice on your behalf and forward our invoice factoring partners for speedy 24hr payment, less their current handling fee.
- On receipt of payment, you simply raise an invoice for the amount received – cutting out the need for credits or invoice adjustments.
Estimate Solutions will not charge you for providing this service – we want to simplify the final step from completion of repairs to receiving payment, and help improve your Cashflow!
